Return Policy?

There is a no refund/return or exchange policy once order has been placed.

All deposits are nonrefundable (Dm orders/local orders)

Payment Authorizations

ALL CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OF THE ORDER THAT WAS PLACED ALONG WITH THEIR ORDER NUMBER. BY PURCHASING FROM OUR SITE YOU ARE AWARE YOU THAT YOU HAVE AGREED AND READ  OUR POLICIES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND THAT YOU DID AUTHORIZE YOUR PURCHASE WITH US FOR OUR PRODUCTS.

Any unauthorized and fraudulent disputes made will have legal action taken place and investigated.

Processing times

          Processing times on all items is 3-7 business days. It sometimes can be less depending on the amount of orders I have at the time. 

                                               Shipping

I ship through USPS. Shipping times are 3-5 business days.

I am NOT responsible for damages and/or delays that may occur while packages are transported between various facilities. I also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. Lastly, I am NOT responsible for covering the costs of goods damaged AFTER the customer has received their order.
